Applications

> <

The DI-9M-series torque tester measures the torque that a non-impact electric screwdriver can apply to a screw. Improperly tightened bolts and screws do not generate sufficient tightening force and can lead to loosening and failure of the assembly. Over-tightening permanently deforms the screw joint and can also lead to failure, hence the importance of proper torque. Manual torque wrenches can also be calibrated.

Smart adapters or screwing simulators simulate the screw joint and do not need to be replaced after each test. This feature increases test efficiency and ease of use by reducing the time between tests. Results can be downloaded via the USB port for analysis with data acquisition software.

Peak torque in pull-out tests is captured automatically. The i-series torque tester displays Maximum, Minimum and Average statistics. It can read values in lbf-in, kgf-cm, N-cm and N-m.

Features :

- Peak Hold Mode: Displays the highest peak value measured.
- Peak Down Mode: Does not alarm until the negative peak value is reached.
- Tracking Mode: Real-time monitoring of the measured values.
- Programming of high and low threshold values with alarm and flashing when exceeded.
- Automatic recording of positive and negative peak values.

Contents :

All i-series torque meters are sold as a complete kit with the tester, a hard carrying case, 2 adapters and a charger/mains adapter. All testers are delivered with a traceability certificate. ISO certificates are available as an option .

Do not use with impact or compressed air tools.
