The 5000 series is specially designed for high torque measurements (≥10.000 Nm).
This series is mainly used in high performance automotive test facilities, railway applications, component strength testing and process control for heavy load or container transhipment. Other areas of application are professional test structures and quality control in general.
The transmitted torque can be measured statically and dynamically in real time. Each transducer can be individually configured with many extras, such as a customized nominal torque and angle transducer.
The 5000 series offers a wide range of output signals such as 0-10 V, 4-20 mA, CAN-Bus or USB. The USB is offered including a special software to display the data in real time.
The sensor is supplied as a complete unit with integrated evaluation electronics, including a 5 m cable and calibration certificate.
